25 YEARS. TWO HAUNTED LOCATIONS. ONE UNFORGETTABLE WEEKEND

AN EVENT HELD BY PRS ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

This year, the Paranormal Research Society turns 25 — and we're celebrating the only way we know how.

In 2001, PRS was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that the experiences people have with the paranormal deserve to be taken seriously. What followed was twenty-five years of investigations, discoveries, television, heartbreak, comeback, and an unwavering community of people who never stopped believing alongside us.

We're marking this milestone with two very special events across New York and Connecticut — each one its own experience, each one part of a larger story. Join us for one night or both. Either way, you'll be part of something we've been working toward for a long time.

NIGHT ONE: THE SHANLEY HOTEL: Friday, August 21st, 2026 | Napanoch, NY

One of the most paranormally active - and favorite - locations in the Northeast. This is an intimate night by design. We're keeping the group small. You'll join Ryan Buell and the PRS team for a personal meet-and-greet, an exclusive lecture, and a full guided investigation of the hotel's most active areas. No large crowds. No rushing.

Includes: Meet-and-greet with Ryan Buell and PRS · Exclusive lecture · Full guided ghost hunt

NIGHT TWO: THE TWISTED VINE RESTAURANT: Saturday, August 22, 2026 | Derby, CT Tickets from $125 · Full Package $250

Every anniversary deserves a good dinner. And we're gathering at The Twisted Vine Restaurant in Derby, Connecticut to do just that.

Close to the home of Ed & Lorraine Warren, our second night will start off with a catered dinner while Ryan Buell provides a personal look back across 25 years… and a glimpse of what’s ahead for PRS. This dinner will also serve to honor one of PRS’ best mentors - Lorraine Warren. When dinner is done, those who want to stay will investigate the restaurant after hours.

The Twisted Vine has its own history — and the ghost hunt is capped at 25–30 people, so it stays personal.

Dinner & Lecture includes: Catered anniversary dinner · Ryan's 25th anniversary lecture · Meet-and-greet with Ryan and PRS Add the Ghost Hunt: Full after-hours investigation · Capped at 25–30 people

Space is limited, and these are rare opportunities to explore places few ever get to enter.
Join us Friday and Saturday, August 21-23rd, 2026, for a weekend you won’t soon forget!

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Two Iconic Locations.

Whether you're a seasoned investigator or joining PRS for the first time, this event is designed to fit your level of adventure. You can opt for one night or go all-in for the full two-night Haunted Road Trip experience.

Night one features the Shanley Hotel, where Ryan Buell and PRS will host a meet-and-greet, talk and then an evening ghost hunt. The activity at the Shanley can get quite active.

Night two brings us to the Twisted Vine Restaurant, just outside Ed & Lorraine Warren’s home town of Monroe. We will gather for a dinner, lecture, and late-night investigation. The restaurant used to be a bank, so it has a ton of rich history!

The 25 Package - Come to Both Events, Get 25% Off.

Attend both the Shanley Hotel and the Twisted Vine and save 25% — because the number 25 is having a moment this year.

The two nights are companion pieces. At the Shanley, we investigate together. At the Twisted Vine, we reflect together. Come to both and you'll walk away with the full picture — the work, the journey, and what's ahead for PRS.

Includes: Shanley meet-and-greet, lecture & ghost hunt + Twisted Vine anniversary dinner, lecture & ghost hunt

Frequently Asked Questions

email us at PRSHAUNTEDEVENTS@GMAIL.COM for questions

I'm coming by myself and I don't know anyone.  I'm afraid of not fitting in.

Everyone started out just like you.  But please know that you'll be amongst like-minded people, and it is VERY easy to make friends.  We are all sharing in an adventure together.  You will have a good time as long as you have a good attitude about you.

Are We Allowed To Bring Paranormal Investigation Equipment? Yes.  We encourage this.

Is alcohol permitted on site?

Alcohol will be served at the restaurant via cash bar. Please note that beverages are not included in the price. Also please note that anyone planning to investigate later that evening should not be drunk going into the investigation.

Will I be able to take pictures with the crew and of the lecture?

Absolutely!

Are the investigations going to be too intense for me?

It’s hard to answer that question. Everyone has their own personal boundary. Here’s what WON’T happen: you won’t be left alone against your will. If you a frightened, there will be experienced investigators who will be able to talk with you and if need be, walk you out if you feel unsafe. PRS will not allow for things to break out into hysterics.

With that being said, we are going into some of the most active places in America. Thankfully, they’ve been well investigated, so people typically know what to expect. A lot of activity has been reported in all the locations we are investigating (especially including the battlefields, even in the daytime). Above everything, we hope you enjoy yourself.
