PRS is kicking off its 25th anniversary celebration by returning to the legendary town of Gettysburg with some special guests, and you can join us!

For many in the paranormal field, Gettysburg is not just a historic town — it is a place that stays with you.
Yes, it is known for its pivotal role in the Civil War. But within our community, Gettysburg is something more. It is one of the most active and emotionally charged locations in the United States. Stories of encounters, unexplained phenomena, and deeply personal experiences continue to emerge from its battlefields and historic homes.
Nearly two decades ago, Paranormal State investigated the Tillie Pierce House. PRS has returned to Gettysburg several times since. Nick Groff investigated here during his time on Ghost Adventures. For many of us, this location represents unfinished conversations, unanswered questions, and powerful memories.
Now, we return — and you are invited to join us.
This weekend is not a convention. It is not a large, impersonal gathering.
It is an immersive experience.
We will begin with guided exploration of the battlefields — walking the ground together, discussing history, energy, and the layers of experience that make Gettysburg unique. That evening, we will gather for a hosted reception before diving into intimate talks and small-group investigations at some of the town’s most active locations.
The following day continues with deeper discussions, shared case reflections, and another night of hands-on investigation.
Our events are intentionally smaller and more personal. You will not be sitting in the back of a crowded auditorium watching from a distance. You will be spending time with us — asking questions, investigating alongside us, and getting to know fellow attendees who share your passion and curiosity.

Nick and Tessa Groff: One of the most popular and well-known duos of the paranormal will take the stage to share their experiences of investigating the paranormal. Nick, a seasoned investigator, has investigated cases all over the world and has starred in - and produced - several popular shows. Tessa Groff is a well-known intuitive who will share about her gifts and communicating with the other side.
Ryan Buell: Ryan is best known for starring in - and producing - the A&E show, “Paranormal State.” Having investigated for over 25 years, Ryan will share his journey into the unknown. Recently, Ryan became a fully licensed therapist and is working to help integrate therapy with his work within the paranormal.
Wade Kirby: Wade is a member of the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR), the group founded by Ed & Lorraine Warren in 1952. Having known the Warrens for decades, Wade would later become close to the Warrens family and helped preserve Ed & Lorraine’s home. Also a sensitive, Wade now investigates cases for NESPR all over the country. He was recently a part of the “Devil’s on the Run” tour and is featured on several episodes of “Overnight with Elton Castee.”
